Due to the perishable nature of tea, we can only accept returns on unopened accessories or tea tins within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Authorization

  Wait for our team to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
